Lesley Paterson

5-Time Triathlon World Champion and Mountain Bike Champion

Lesley spent several years in the British ITU system before leaving the sport to pursue acting.  Before long, she decided to test the waters of off-road triathlon, realizing her passion for sport is still there, but in the dirt.

The rest is history as they say. Lesley has dominated the Xterra scene over the past several years. She has also had a fair share of success at the 70.3 distance and even mountain bike racing.

Very open about her struggles as an athlete and with her health (struggles with Lymes Disease), Lesley started Braveheart Coaching with her husband (sports psychologist) to share her story on a larger scale and help mentor others in sport.  In 2018, Lesley returned to action healthy and picked up right where she left off by winning both the ITU Cross World Champs and then adding a 3rd World Championship crown in Xterra. The best never rest!

Lesley is a great motivational speakers.  Here is a recent sample of a virtual speaking night with LIV.
