Almost Global Domination – Weekend Wrap-up

Published June 15th, 2015 by Devteam

Not quite global domination, but close! Human Interest Group congratulates our four athletes who seized first and second places at races around the world this weekend. Lesley Paterson finished 1st at the Kenda Cup West Big Bear Cross-Country Women’s Pro Series Final (U.S.A.). Craig “Crowie” Alexander at IRONMAN 70.3 Cairns (Australia); Tim Don at IRONMAN 70.3 Boulder (U.S.A.); and Radka Vodickova at Challenge Camsur (Philippines) claimed 2nd place at their races.

“Though Crowie, Tim, and Radka, would have preferred first place, their close finishes and Lesley’s win promise a competitive championship season. We are thrilled to manage, with the support of our sponsors, such a committed group of talented athletes capable of competing and winning races around the world,” said Michael Cardoza of Human Interest Group.

Paterson welcomed the opportunity to sharpen her skills in professional cross-country mountain biking at the Kenda Cup West Series Final. Aiming to compete in the Rio 2016 Olympics, Paterson will reinforce her current training with upcoming cross-country mountain biking races.

Also this summer, Crowie and Don will join their Team Bravo members and two contest winning age groupers in Boulder, CO, for an intensive triathlon training camp. Radka plans to race in Asia and Europe prior to IM 70.3 World Champs in late August.
