Ironman New Zealand in the most senior of the international Ironman events and one of the most popular destination races on the circuit. This is a key race for those who want to get the early season long course qualifier event under their belt. Of course, for Joanna Lawn and Cameron Brown, its the most key race of the season (except for Hawaii). Last week Cam and Jo took home IMNZ 's top spots as usual but this year was special. Cam became the first male to win the same Ironman 7 times while Joanna Lawn smashed her previous course record by 2 minutes, as she claimed her 6th Ironman New Zealand title.
